Process #

Answer a Call #

To answer the call through the Handset:
1.Simply pick-up the handset
2. Click the green phone button

Make a call #

To make a call simply type in the number or extension number you want to dial and select the green phone icon

Transfer a Call #

You can transfer an active call to anther number or extension using the TRAN button on your phone.

There are two types of transfer:

Attended Transfer (Consultative)

This lets you speak with the person you’re transferring the call to before completing the transfer.

To perform an attended transfer

1. Dial the number or extension of the person you are transferring to.
2. Wait for them to answer and speak to them if needed.
3. Press TRAN again to complete the transfer.

 

Blind Transfer (Unattended)

This sends the call directly to another person without speaking to them first.

To perform a blind transfer:

1. Press the TRAN button.
2. Dial the number or extension of the other person you want to transfer to.
3. Select the ‘-‘ icon on the top right to choose B Transfer (Blind transfer)

Access your Voice mail #

You can access any voice mails left inside the Message menu

To access your Voice Mail

1. Select the round ‘ok’ middle button between the arrows
2. Select Message (mail icon)
3. Select option 1 to access your voicemails

View Call History #

View your latest inbound and outbound calls.

To access your call history

1. Select the left icon ‘-‘ icon on the home page to access your call history.
2. Use the left and right arrow icons to navigate between the desired call list and the up and down arrows to select a call.

View Your Contacts #

View any saved contacts your organization has saved

To view your contacts

1. Select the right ‘-‘ icon from the home page; or
2. Select the middle ‘ok’ button and select directory

Reboot the Phone #

For trouble shooting purposes rebooting the phone is often helpful

To reboot the phone:

1. Select the middle ‘ok’ button to enter the menu
2. Select ‘basic’ > ‘reboot’
3. A confirmation will appear. select the right ‘-‘ button to reboot the phone
