We were fortunate to enlist the services of 3SIP Services just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and a few weeks prior to a major renovation in our St Leonards office. This required our team to work remotely for a few weeks. During this short period, the 3SIP team effectively transitioned and established our new Cloud PABX system, providing training for our team. This not only ensured seamless communication for our team while working from home but also resulted in significant cost savings compared to our outdated hardware-based solution.
Following the office renovation, 3SIP Services successfully devised, migrated, and implemented a similar solution for all our interstate offices. They conducted remote training for most of our team members.
